Fun rodeo games consist of lassoes that capture the excitement of guests.
This stellar fare begins with a tomato Caprese station that consisted of farm fresh cherry tomatoes that mirrors the color of the sunset; a chili sampling station and a DIY Texas corn on the cob bar. These savory beginnings are accompanied by a refreshing signature cocktail – Watermelon Mezcal. . Transitioning into dinner reception, guests relish in the olfactory senses of assorted Texas BBQ items with branded steak filets being the pinnacle of the feast. Tastings of local Houstonian beers featuring Karbach, 8th Wonder and St. Arnold’s brewery were great pairings for the mouthwatering food selections. To top off the night, guests have the option of either a funnel cake station or enjoying pies in a mini mason jar topped with vanilla bean ice cream under the clear night sky.
